All orders are processed in the order they are received. Each product is custom-made to order. Production time is typically 8-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the product and current production volume.
Payment terms will be agreed upon when placing the order. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included and will be quoted separately.
Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty period and terms will be provided with your product documentation.
