Each of our stoves is made to order in our factory. Production time is typically 8-10 weeks. We will keep you informed about the status of your order.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. Each stove is thoroughly inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Custom-made products manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellation may incur a fee covering materials already ordered.
